The project proposal was to have a Golf real estate with eco-tourism and time-sharing housing/villas. The proposed site was 151 acres near Goa. The 9 hole golf course consumed the area of 71 acres while remaining 83 acres had 150 home sites. Remaining area was reserved for a hotel, recreational spaces and large water body. The attempt is to make this as a green real estate for eco tourism. Detailed study was carried out locally of traditional houses and form as Goa has a rich mix of traditional Indian houses as well as Portuguese forms.
